Muromachi era sword signed 備前國長船住景光 Bizen kuni Osafune ju Kagemitsu in koshirae. The koshirae is of very high quality, you can easily see it in the details of the fuchi kashira and the intricately designed tsuba with gold inlay. The sword is signed and retains much of the polish, and the suguha style hamon, with only a few small marks of old rust and scratches typical of a battle weapon, which gives it even more authenticity. It is a very nice sword typical of the muromachi era with a somewhat rough jihada showing the patterns of forging and folding of the tamahagane steel.
Blade is in very good condition due to aging. Not hagire and not fatal damage, of course. This is a japanese weapon so have a real historical value. This is a weapon with centuries, not machine crafted so can be minor movements of saya, tsuka, tsuba, etc. Because of dilatation, humidity, etc. and little damages propers of his age like small rust, scratches, etc.
