Fabulous katana in koshirae and shirasaya attributed to “Kuniie” with NBTHK Hozon origami Certificate. A spectacular sword in a koshirae to match. The blade has a beautiful and vivid hamon that takes up almost half of the blade. It is full of details to study and enjoy and is a sword of the highest quality. Its polish is practically in perfect condition despite its hundreds of years of age. The Koshirae is classic style with buffalo horn kashira, shakudo fuchi with gold inlay in perfect condition with bamboo motifs. Tsuba in iron with openwork that stylizes even more the rest of the sword and saya lacquered in black. A piece worthy of the best collectors.
